Repeat Prescriptions
We require 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions for all
patients. Repeat prescriptions can either be collected from the
Surgery, sent to Lloyds Chemist in Paulton for collection or,
alternatively, returned to you if you provide a stamped addressed
envelope.
We are pleased to offer a computerised dispensing service to all our
rural patients. Your medication can be dispensed in the surgery
immediately after seeing a doctor, or if your doctor feels it
necessary, as a regular repeat medication.
Repeat medication can also be requested for collection from our Dispensary by post, fax or email. We do, however, request at least 48 working hours notice to dispense medication.
We now offer a limited delivery service for dispensing patients
who are unable to get to the surgery to collect their medication.

Please note that in order to avoid errors we DO NOT take requests
for medication by telephone, please either order in writing, by fax
on 01761 410573 or via Emis Access.
Prescription Charges
NHS Prescription Charge is £7.20 from 1st April 2009 for each medicine or appliance.
