EMIS ACCESS ONLINE FACILITIES

You can now book GP appointments and order repeat medication online via Emis Access.  You must first register your details for this service.
Please note that after 31st October we will be removing our previous on-line prescription order form.
It’s quick and easy to register – simply follow the three steps below.

Remember, when using EMIS Access all your personal information is safe and secure.

Register in three easy steps

Step one:
Ask at reception for a registration form. This provides all the information you need to register to use the EMIS Access internet facilities.

Step two:
CLICK HERE to visit the Emis Access website and create your account.

Step three:
Enter your personal registration details exactly as they appear on the registration form. If the information does not match, your registration will not be accepted.

You are now ready to book appointments and/or order repeat prescriptions online.  Please only use the message box to indicate where you would like to collect your prescription.  If you have any other messages please call Reception on 01761 413155 option 1.
