September 2008
After many months of delays with the
planners and alterations to the layout to cope with tree preservation
orders etc, we finally got Planning Permission in November 2007.
The next few months involved builders tendering for the contract, with
it eventually being awarded to ISG Pearce in Bristol in the spring.
More discussions about design, interior detailing, costs and timeframes
occurred with involvement from the PCT District Valuer to ensure our
modern purpose built General Practice building would meet all the latest
design features and regulations.
Finally our start date was Monday 29th September.
