New Patients
If you would like to register with the practice please visit
either surgery and discuss this with the reception staff. If you
have your medical card then please bring it with you. Please bring
along two forms of identification.
We ask all patients joining the surgery to make an appointment with
one of the nurses for a new patient check up. This gives you the
opportunity for a medical check up and to discuss how we can help
you with any ongoing problems.
