Please note that this service can only be used to book the following appointments:-
- Routine GP Appointments
- Chronic Health Disease Clinics such as diabetes, asthma etc
- Phlebotomy Appointments - for blood tests (mornings only)
- Saturday morning surgery - for routine GP appointments on Saturday mornings
