We will endeavour to answer the phone promptly. Please keep your phone call brief and avoid calling during the peak morning time for non urgent matters.

Test Results - Please select option 3 on our telephone system if you are calling regarding a test result.  If you have not heard from us and would like the results of your test please phone reception after 2:00pm at least one week following your tests.

Enquiries/Queries - Please feel free to contact our secretarial team by selection option 5 and then option 1 on our telephone system Monday - Friday after 10.30am.

Dispensary Queries - Dispensary can be accessed by selecting option 2.  We would be grateful if you could delay any non-urgent queries for Dispensary until after 2pm.
