We have recently installed a new telephone system which features an "automated attendant" to help to process our calls more effectively, please use the options whenever possible.  The options are as follows:-

1 for Reception and Appointments

2 for Dispensary

3 for Results (after 11am)

4 for Nurses

5 for Further Choices - Secretary, Practice Manager etc
