Choose and Book
Choose & Book is a new service that gives you, the patient, the choice of which hospital or clinic you would like to attend.
How does Choose & Book work?
Choose & Book will only apply to your initial hospital appointment.
Your GP will discuss with you the reasons for your referral. You
have the choice to immediately choose a hospital with your GP but
you may choose to make your decision at home.
Following your consultation with your GP you will be sent a letter
containing a UBRN (Unique Booking Reference Number) which will give
a reference number, a choice of up to 4 hospitals and telephone
number for the booking service for you to call to book your
appointment.
