Midwives
Midwives from Paulton Hospital hold clinics at Elm Hayes on a Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon.
Health Visitors
Karen Holman is our Health Visitor. Karen is assisted by Lisa Hobbs a Community Childrens Nurse and they are available on 01761 404228. Please leave a message for Karen or Lisa on their answerphone as they are often out of the surgery on visits and they will call you back as soon as possible. Karen and Lisa also hold various clinics during the week if you would like an appointment please contact reception or the Health Visitor's number direct.
SDAS (Alcohol and Drugs Advisory Service)
Ian and Duncan are our Drug Counsellors - they hold clinics at the surgery on Monday and Thursday afternoons. These clinics are run on a pre-arranged appointment basis on a Monday afternoon. To see Duncan or Ian you must be referred by a GP.
Practice Counsellor
Amanda Haskayne is our Practice Counsellor and holds a Surgery every Friday. In order to see our Practice Counsellor, Amanda, you must be referred by your GP.
